Project
The Illinois Medical Center Fourth Floor project included the interior construction of a 21,231 square foot medical office located in Peoria, IL.
The fourth floor facility houses patient exam rooms, labs, physician offices and a waiting area. The project featured refurbishment of the utility and mechanical systems for the safety and security of medical staff and patients. Finishes and casework that combine medical-grade quality with a modern and warm aesthetic were also adds to enhance patient comfort.
Due to CORE’s preconstruction efforts, the Illinois Medical Center Fourth Floor project met OSF’s goals for schedule, scope and budget, and now provides medical services in a welcoming and modern office.
