Project
The Scottsdale Healthcare Primary Care project, built for Scottsdale Healthcare Corporation, include the renovation of a 5,573 square foot medical clinic located in Scottsdale, AZ. The facility houses a primary care office, specializing in internal medicine and family practice, medical examination rooms, and an on-site laboratory.
Renovations included the demolition of interior finishes and the installation of new stucco walls, carpeting, custom plastic laminate faced casework and countertops, and pre-finished aluminum frames for the windows. The project also features upgraded HVAC systems, steel railing for ADA compliance, wood doors, and automatic swing doors. Scottsdale Healthcare Primary Care now provides necessary medical support to the Scottsdale Healthcare Medical Center.
